Once the girls have their first menstrual period, even if they have not had sexual intercourse, they should go to their gynecological control, many times they present alterations in their menstruation due to immaturity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, or due to partial or total absence of some organ such as uterus, vagina and ovaries. This cancer does not cause the death of women because of its aggressiveness, but because it is not diagnosed in time, most of the time, when we discover it, it is already in very advanced stages. When these cysts exceed 3.5 cm, they have an internal stimulus that makes them grow without stopping, the ovarion has a huge risk of twisting and the patient could lose her ovary.<\/p><p>In my clinic, I perform the transvaginal aspiration of these cysts, with local anesthesia and without complications, thus saving the ovary and avoiding the patient going to the operating room.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2776\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2776\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Diagnostic and Surgical Hysteroscopy<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2776\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2776\"><p>Hysteroscopy is a very useful tool in gynecology, it consists of introducing a small camera of just 6mm in diameter in the female genital tract, it gives us the possibility to see the vaginal walls, cul-de-sac, cervix, cervical canal live. and finally the uterine cavity with the ostium of the fallopian tubes.<\/p><p>Findings can range from a completely normal hysteroscopy to one with endometritis (infection of the uterine cavity), polyps, fibroids within the uterine cavity, synechiae, adhesions, or even cancerous pathologies.
